Fundamental


       The rotary film evaporator is a new type of high-efficiency evaporator that continuously and evenly forms a film on the heating surface by rotating the scraping film device in the cylinder to carry out falling film evaporation under high vacuum conditions. The use of a rotating thin film evaporator for evaporation, concentration, degassing, desolvation, and distillation of a material containing a heat sensitive substance can effectively prevent the heat sensitive substance from being decomposed by heat for a long time, thereby affecting product quality and improving evaporation efficiency.


       The material first enters the rotating distribution tray, and the distribution tray is continuously and evenly distributed to the vertical heating surface of the cylinder. While the material is lowered by gravity, the rotating wiper device forcibly forms a very thin turbulent liquid film on the heating surface. The light component vapor evaporated by heat is condensed from the upper outlet into the external condenser, while the unreacted fraction is discharged from the bottom of the rotating membrane evaporator.

       High-efficiency thin film evaporators are now widely used in medicine, pesticides, oleochemicals, petrochemicals, fine chemicals, household chemicals, bio-chemicals, etc., mainly for the evaporation, concentration, desolvation, stripping, heat-sensitive and oxidizable materials. Reaction, degassing, deodorization (gas) taste, and the like.


       It can replace the conventional falling film evaporator for the distillation, purification, concentration and decolorization of petrochemical and chemical products;
